RECONN-ECT have developed a bespoke software platform that enables companies who wish to use RECONN-ECT’s network of Nationwide Reconnection Agents (RA’s) to perform relevant tasks which will benefit their business.
RECONN-ECT continually recruit Agents who can work full or part time dependant on the amount of tasks that are listed on a day to day basis, the Agent will only see tasks relevant to the postcode area they have chosen to work in, they can then pick the tasks from the system’s dashboard, then they have 3-7 days in which to call upon the customer and carry out which ever service has been chosen by the company, this is all managed via a tablet which is directly linked to RECONN-ECT’s Software Platform, so enabling true time updates to the Company.
Each Service is chargeable, the agent receives 30% of the fees charged. As a Franchisee you will make 20% of whatever fees are charged without leaving your house, but you also have the option to pick tasks yourself within your chosen territory and then you would receive 50% of any fees charged.

RECONN-ECT are not a debt collection company but an Agent Reconnection Company, we simply offer a service to companies that need to reconnect with customers, be that current customers or previous customers by utilizing a ‘boots on the ground’ approach utilising RA’s.
All tasks are managed via our software, companies upload customers they wish our RA’s to visit, this can be done on a one-by-one basis or more often
than not in a large batch of cases.
